Mailbox / Delivery Box

Regarding flyers in the building mailbox / I received mail addressed to someone else

・We ask each tenant to dispose of flyers posted in the building mailbox.
If mail accumulates, documents may get bent or it could even lead to damage to the mailbox.Please check and remove flyers frequently.

・If you receive mails which are addressed to someone else, please drop the letter off with a memo to tell “wrong delivery” at a mailbox on the street, or, contact the nearest post office or the customer service. (Web site for Post Office）

・For the misdelivered packages delivered by companies other than Japan Post, please contact the delivery company or the sender. 

To prevent your mails to be misdelivered, please apply for “mail forwarding service” at a post office.
