Contract Renewal
Do I need to stay till the end of the contract after renewing for another 2 years?
You may terminate the contract (move-out) during the contract effective period.
・You are required to give us "One-month Notice" for your move-out.
・Please contact Daito Kentaku Customer Support Center once you decide the exact move-out date. For details, please see Q&A: Move-out Procedures.
・Depending on the terms and conditions of your contract, you may be required to pay the penalty regardless of your one-month notice. For details, please refer to the special provision items of your lease contract.
