Move-out Procedure
Cancelation for E-heya Rental Package
All your furnishings must be removed before the last day of the contract.
Once you apply for the move-out, the furniture rental company will contact you at the number you provided us at the time you signed the contract, so please discuss when to remove your furnishings with them.
In case you don’t hear from the rental company in 2 weeks after applying for the move-out, please contact Daito Kentaku Customer Support Center.
