①Please close the valve of the water pipe located near the toilet tank to stop the water supply. You can close/open the valve with a flat-screwdriver or a coin.

※For toilet units without a water tank, the water valve may be located inside the door beside (see the right picture)

②Please contact us via ruum or call Daito Kentaku Customer Support Center for the repair.

■Note

The water leak is often caused by the malfunction of the flapper (rubber valve) or the floating ball inside the water tank. Using cleaning chemicals and/or water-saving materials inside the tank may cause the malfunction, and you also may damage the structure when you remove them. If the water leakage is caused by the resident, the resident is responsible for the repair costs.
