What is House Leave / Joint-Guarantor Free System?

House Leave Co. Ltd is an affiliated company of Daito Kentaku provides a joint liability guarantee (rental guarantee) on the tenant's lease contract. 

■Joint-guarantor free system
If tenants make a contract with House Leave and pay a certain guarantor consignment fee, lease contract guarantors are not necessary. House Leave guarantees the liabilities of the tenants to the lessors.

■Contract cancelation procedures
The guarantee consignment contract will be canceled automatically when you terminate your lease contract, and there is no need for further procedures.

* Please note that lease contract cancellation must be completed by the tenant. (Lessee).
