Move-out Procedure

I want to know about the presence or absence of a move-out inspection.

■ What is a move-out inspection?
When vacating the room, the customer and the management staff member will check the apartment together for any areas that need repair.
It is conducted during daylight hours on weekdays, after all belongings have been removed and nothing is left in the room.
If you choose the “No Room Inspection” option, the management staff will check the room on your behalf, and your presence is not necessary.

■ How do I choose whether to have a move-out inspection or not?
You select your preference on the Move-out application page.

If there is significant damage or staining in the room, please proceed with the room inspection.
If there is no significant damage or staining, we recommend choosing no inspection.

※ In the following cases, an inspection is required regardless of damage:
1. If you have kept pets.
2. If you did not enroll in the “(Prepaid)Flat-rate cleaning fee“ plan.

Additionally, depending on usage conditions, we may request an inspection.

■ How is the date and time for the move-out inspection decided?
You register your preferred date on the (Prepaid)Move-out appplcation.

■ If no inspection is conducted, how will repair details and settlement fees be explained?
We will check the room within a few days after it is vacated, and the staff member will contact you with further details upon completion.

■ I can’t select “No Inspection” on the move-out application screen.
Depending on your contract, you may not be able to select this option (e.g., if you kept pets or did not enroll in the “(Prepaid)Flat-rate cleaning fee” plan).
