※Fireproof Performance Certificate (Fire insurance certificate) can be issued through ruum app. Please apply for the document from My room>Document Application Service (書類申請サービス)

If a designated form by the insurance company needs to be filled and sealed (such as certificate of fireproof structure), please contact us.
